Pork-Fork-Cork and Lamb

Join the crew at Newman Farm for their annual farm to table event. The day begins at 10 a.m. with introductions and a farm tour, followed by lunch and a carcass cutting demonstration. Later a panel of chefs and consumers will discuss what they are looking for in products from niche producers. The day will conclude with a fabulous local sourced dinner prepared by Newman Farm chefs.
